At our store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges, excluding clearance items, which are final sale.

Please ensure that items for exchange show no signs of wear. If we are not contacted within the 24-hour window, the order will be considered final, and no further action will be taken.

If eligible for an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we kindly ask that you provide a tracking number for smooth processing. Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process once received.
